How To Initiate A RETURN & REFUND

Click the "Start A Return" button below (returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase).

Enter your order number and email address to locate your order.

Choose the item(s) you wish to return or request a refund for, specify the reason, and submit your request online. You will receive a confirmation email about the status of your request.

RETURN & REFUND: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions via email.

After receiving the return instructions, please package the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging, including any original labels.

NOTE: Be sure to include a note with your order number and email address in the return package. This will help us process your refund more quickly once the return is received.

Provide the shipping carrier and tracking number on the refund request page once your return has been shipped.

After your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
